Pears with Rosemary Sugar

Fruit dessert served at our 2007 Spring Wine Trail Event. Pairs nicely with a glass of our Cheeky Blush.
- 3 pears
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 1/2 cup sugar
Core pears and cut into wedges. Arrange the wedges on dessert plates. Drizzle with orange juice. Combine rosemary with sugar and sprinkle over the pears.
